Our suite of services in organizational culture category are centered around targeted leadership coaching. Clients can choose from a la carte one-on-one coaching packages where topics explored are selected by the client and could include strategies to attain professional goals, overcome challenges, practice resilience, motivate workforce, or adapt intelligently to changes in technology, business and culture. We also offer a fixed adaptive leadership coaching package, designed for once-a week one-on-one delivery for ten weeks or twice a week one-on-one delivery for five weeks where each session is formulated to be a deep-dive into investigating how to achieve resiliency and forward momentum at the workplace in the face of constant change. The fixed package includes two sessions that are reserved as working sessions where clients can request assistance with deliverables, such as preparing executive core qualifications, resume review, abstract/manuscript/presentation review, etc. Services such as event planning, team building, workshop facilitation, speaking engagements on a technical topic of expertise are also offered as a la carte services. Organizational Excellence Services
Our suite of services in organizational excellence category are designed to analyze specific aspects of your business operations to collate information, produce data or formulate recommendations. These types of services are project based and include contact time with client identified stakeholders to collect background information and canvass current state, research into the subject area, and preparation of a report with requested output or recommendations for action. Projects could be developing business requirements for a specific IT solution, developing concept of operations for new or modified entities, mapping out mutual accountability, dependency, scope, services in matrixed organizations, developing impact metrics for various processes, or evaluating quality system management framework.
Organizational Rigor Services
Our suite of services in organizational rigor category target scientific, analytical or technical operations. These highly technical services are designed to deliver continuous improvement to the organization either through increasing confidence in the organization’s current operations or helping expand the organization’s scope through modernizing technology and methodology base or upskilling the workforce.
